In the event that a user is suspected to have used their account for any purpose other than that for which it was expressly intended, Muslimspouse.com reserves the right to terminate the user’s membership and withhold all outstanding monies.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their login credentials are kept secret, and that nobody is provided with access to their account other than themselves. This user agreement in its entirety will remain valid at all times while the customer holds an account with Muslimspouse.com and/or accesses our website or the services we provide.
We reserve the right to terminate customer accounts at any time and without providing due notice, if we believe that this service agreement has been breached in any way.
In the unlikely event of discontinuity of our business, 50% of all unused membership fees will be repaid to the customer.

Where a user is found to have breached this non-commercial use requirement, we reserve the right to terminate their account and withhold all outstanding monies.
